Enter the world of Vince Chase (Adrian Grenier), an up-and-coming actor from Queens, N.Y., who's on the brink of full-fledged stardom in Hollywood. His agent, Ari (Jeremy Piven), has his eye on the prize, but what keeps Vince grounded is the company of his friends from back home -- the level-headed Eric (Kevin Connolly) and fun-loving Turtle (Jerry Ferrara) -- and Vince's brother, Johnny (Kevin Dillion), who once was famous himself.
