Marie (Pauline Acquart) and her best friend Anne (Louise Blachere) are content to spend their summer just lazing back and letting life pass them by. That all changes when Marie has a chance encounter at the local pool with Floriane (Adele Haenel) with whom she becomes infatuated. Soon all three girls become involved with the world of synchronized swimming where they are able to find their true selves.
