Don Plutarco (Ángel Tavira) appears to be a humble farmer and musician, but in reality he is a member of a peasant guerilla movement trying to overthrow their oppressive government. When the rebels are forced to evacuate their village and leave all of their ammunition behind, Plutarco uses his innocent demeanor to fool the soldiers and sneak back to recover it.
