After his mother dies, Jake Singer (Chris Eigeman) starts seeing a therapist (Ian Holm) to help him get his life back together. But rather than helping, the maniacal shrink with his own set of personal problems starts making Jake crazier. Luckily, he finds the one thing he really needs to get his head in the right place: a sexy Manhattan widow (Famke Janssen).
