Based on a true story, when Graeme Obree (Jonny Lee Miller) can't afford a real bike to fulfill his passion for cycling, he builds his own out of scrap metal and washing machine parts. With his ungodly contraption between his legs, Obree went on to break the world one-hour record in 1993.
