Having resoundly defeated their enemy, The Shredder, the four ninja amphibians retreat to their lair in the sewers hoping to live a more peaceful life. Unbeknownst to them, however, a multimillion dollar industrialist, Maximillian J. Winters (voice of Patrick Stewart), begins to conjure up an army of nasty beasts to conquer New York City. When Splinter (Mako) gets wind of this devious plot, he launches his turtle warriors, Leonardo (James Arnold Taylor), Michelangelo (Mikey Kelley), Donatello (Mitchell Whitfield) and Raphael (Nolan North), back into action.
