Two stories that take place in two different hospitals in two different time periods are interwoven to contrast shifting cultural attitudes in Thailand. In the first tale, the socially-awkward Toa (Nu Mimsomboon) clumsily tries to woo the successful Dr. Tei (Nantarat Sawaddikul), who is herself in love with an orchid expert (Sophon Pukanok). In the second story, a dentist (Arkanae Cherkam) works for free on the teeth of a young monk (Sakda Kaewbuadee) and discovers that, although they lead very different lives, they actually have a lot in common.
