A down-on-his-luck, recently unemployed loser (Zack Ward) teams up with a crazed cult leader named Uncle Dave (Dave Foley) to rob an amusement park for some quickly needed cash. However, at the same time they pull the heist, the Taliban arrive with the exact same plan, and the cultists must take on the terrorists as well as succeed in their mission.
