Mild-mannered Henry Perkins (Chevy Chase) spends his days in dull repetition as the foreman for a wax fruit factory. But his life is thrown into turmoil when he finds a briefcase containing five million dollars on the subway. Thinking he's found the easy way to an early and peaceful retirement, instead Henry finds himself pursued by Romanian gangsters who want their moolah back.
