A nice Midwestern college freshman thinks he's hit upon a brilliant idea for winning the heart of the girl of his dreams: by pretending to be gay so she'll let her guard down. However, his plan becomes a wee bit more complicated when he gets swept up into the gay-activist movement on campus.
