Steve Finch (Matthew Broderick) is the town Christmas nerd who dominates all of his neighbors when it comes to decorating for the holiday. But his reign of good cheer is threatened by an oafish lout (Danny DeVito) who moves to town and will do anything to be popular at Steve's expense.
