Three aggressive and quirky real estate agents all compete to sell a home to their respective clients in this mockumentary. Hillary (Wendi McLendon-Covey), who is white, is determined to sell the home to an African-American couple; Richard (Ryan Smith) wants to damage the home a little bit and sell it as a "fixer-upper;" while Peter (Bruce Thomas) calmly and patiently deals with a rude couple.
