A blind man (Chris Pine) decides to undergo a risky surgical experiment that has the potential to restore his vision. One of the perks of the procedure turns out to be his falling in love with the East Indian nurse (Anjali Jay) who assists him. However, she's stuck participating in an arranged marriage that she can't break no matter how much she falls for her sightless patient.
